• As each item is made to order based on customer specifications, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted.

30 Day Return Policy

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item if you are not satisfied with the order or change your mind.

Refund: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, you will be refunded within 10 working days to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs: If the return is related to quality, we will cover the shipping costs. If the return is due to personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We will not charge a restocking fee

• Avoid using strong cleaners like bleach or ammonia, which can harm both the finish and the wood.

Usage and Weight Guidelines:

• Stick to the recommended weight limits to help your furniture last longer.
• Instead of dragging furniture, lift it gently to avoid scratches or stress on joints and connections.

Protection Against Mold and Mildew:

• Clean up any spills promptly to stop moisture from penetrating the wood.
• If you live in a humid environment, using a dehumidifier can help keep moisture levels in check.
